The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is designed for commercial kitchens that demand high performance and durability. This gas range features a 48-5/8” wide cooking surface with a 37” high cooking top, ensuring ample space for preparation and cooking. The construction includes a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, providing a sturdy and easy-to-clean exterior. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures quick and safe control of the entire range, while a factory-installed regulator guarantees a steady and reliable gas flow. The range is equipped with standing pilots for the open top burners and utilizes battery spark ignition for the oven bases, offering convenient and consistent startup performance.
This model also features a Griddle Top, available in two options: a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides on the 48" wide griddles (available in manual or thermostatic control) and a 1” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides for greater durability and enhanced cooking control. These griddles are perfect for cooking a variety of items like eggs, pancakes, and burgers, making them versatile tools for a busy kitchen.
The Space Saver Double Oven Models (EE) come with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, which is equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, designed to fit full-sized pans in both directions. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, providing flexibility for different cooking needs.
