The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range built to meet the high demands of professional kitchens. This model measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, offering ample space for versatile cooking applications. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting durability and a clean, professional appearance. For added safety and convenience, the unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, along with a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas flow. Standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure reliable and efficient startup every time.
The cooktop includes (6) patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free, cast iron burners, rated at 33,000 BTU NAT each, offering powerful and even heat ideal for high-volume cooking. Additionally, a 24” charbroiler, available on either the left or right side, features removable cast iron grates, perfect for grilling meats, seafood, or vegetables with precision and flavor.
The base of this unit is equipped with two convection ovens (Model A), each rated at 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens feature a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails, and operates using a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency, permanent split-phase motor. The motor features permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows each convection base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
