The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve ensures safe operation, and a factory-installed gas regulator maintains consistent pressure. The range includes standing pilots for open-top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, providing reliable startup.
Equipped with six 33,000 BTU NAT non-clog burners (Burner Option 1), the unit features patented, one-piece cast iron burners that are designed to be clog-free for life, offering maximum heat output and efficiency. Complementing the burner setup is a 48” wide griddle top, featuring a 1/2” smooth, polished steel surface with raised sides for safer and cleaner cooking. The griddle is available with manual or thermostatic controls, and a raised griddle option is offered in a 24” width only, paired with a manual control and under broiler for added versatility.
This model includes two convection ovens (Model A) in the base, each powered by 32,000 BTU NAT and operating within a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking configurations. Each oven is equipped with a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC motor engineered for high efficiency and reliability, incorporating permanent split-phase operation, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. A convenient on/off switch allows the convection oven base to function as a standard oven when needed.
