The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial-grade gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, and features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. For added safety and convenience, the range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and comes with a factory-installed gas regulator. The cooktop is equipped with standing pilots for open burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases.
This model features (4) 33,000 BTU NAT non-clog burners (Burner Option 1). These patented, one-piece cast iron burners are built to be clog-free for life, ensuring consistent performance and minimal maintenance. A 36” griddle top is also included (positioned on the left or right side), featuring a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides. The griddle is available with either manual or thermostatic controls, offering precision and versatility for various cooking needs.
The base includes two convection ovens (Model A), each powered by 32,000 BTU NAT and featuring a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interiors are made of porcelain enamel and measure 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible baking configurations. The convection system is driven by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor that is high-efficiency, permanently split-phase, and equipped with lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
This versatile and durable range is ideal for high-volume kitchens requiring a combination of sautéing, griddling, and baking—all in one efficient unit.
