The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range built for professional kitchens. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, and features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and side panels for added durability and ease of cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides immediate control over the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator ensures reliable gas pressure regulation. The range includes standing pilots for open-top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases.
This model is equipped with (2) 33,000 BTU NAT non-clog burners (Burner Option 1), made from patented, one-piece cast iron that is guaranteed clog-free for life, ensuring consistent and long-lasting performance. It also includes a 48” wide griddle top, available with either a 1/2” or 1” thick smooth, polished steel griddle plate, both featuring raised sides. The griddle can be configured with manual or thermostatic controls, offering flexibility to suit a variety of cooking styles and requirements.
The base of the range houses two convection ovens (Model A), each delivering 32,000 BTU NAT and featuring a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens have porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and include three racks with five-position side rails for customizable cooking configurations. Each convection system is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC motor designed for high efficiency and reliability, complete with permanent split-phase functionality, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows each convection oven to operate as a standard oven when desired.
This model offers a powerful and flexible solution ideal for high-volume commercial kitchens, combining open burners, a full-width griddle, and dual convection ovens in one robust unit.
