The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, the unit features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides convenient safety control, while a factory-installed regulator ensures stable and efficient gas operation. Standing pilots serve the open top burners, and battery spark ignition is used for the oven bases to provide reliable and efficient startup.
The cooktop features a dual burner configuration. The 33K Non-clog Burners (Option 1) include four patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTU NAT. Complementing this setup are Pyromax Burners (Option 7), which offer 40,000 BTU NAT per burner and feature a patented, high-output, three-piece design that is easy to clean and clog-resistant. Each Pyromax burner includes a built-in port protection drip ring and is available in groups of four, making them ideal for high-heat, high-efficiency cooking.
This range includes two convection ovens (Model A) in the base. Each oven operates at 32,000 BTU NAT and features a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interiors are porcelain enameled, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and include three racks with five-position side rails for flexible pan placement. Each convection oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, featuring high-efficiency, permanent split-phase operation, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection base to operate as a standard oven if desired.
