The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust and versatile commercial gas range, engineered for high-volume kitchen environments. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, and is built with a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for durability and a clean, professional appearance. A manual gas shut-off is conveniently located at the front of the unit, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure. The range is equipped with standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring reliable operation.
This model features ten 33K Non-Clog Burners (Burner Option 1)—each a patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burner, delivering 33,000 BTU NAT. These burners are ideal for consistent high-heat output and long-term durability.
In the base, the unit houses two Convection Oven Models (A). Each oven delivers 32,000 BTU NAT and operates with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interiors are porcelain enameled, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and include three racks with five-position side rails for maximum flexibility. The convection ovens feature a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, designed for efficiency and reliability with permanent split-phase operation, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows users to toggle between convection and standard oven modes.
