The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust and versatile commercial gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features a 60-3/4” wide frame with a 37” high cooking top, constructed with a durable 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both strength and sleek aesthetics. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides convenient control of the entire range, while a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure. The unit comes equipped with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, enhancing ease of use and reliability.
This model includes six 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron burners (Burner Option 1), each patented as one-piece, lifetime clog-free burners, offering consistent performance and reduced maintenance. Complementing the burners is a griddle top, available for placement on either the left or right side. The griddle is offered with manual or thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. Additionally, a raised griddle is available in a 24” size with manual controls and an under-broiler, providing flexibility for varied cooking applications.
The base of the unit includes two convection ovens (Model A), each powered by 32,000 BTU NAT and equipped with standing pilots and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails for versatile baking options. Each oven is driven by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle motor, offering high efficiency, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows each oven to operate as a standard oven when needed.
Completing the unit is a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Option C), featuring optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing convenient access and added storage functionality.
