The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for enhanced durability and a sleek finish. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick and easy control of the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure. The range includes a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring reliable startup and operation.
This configuration is equipped with four 33,000 BTU NAT non-clog burners (Burner Option 1), each featuring a patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron design that delivers efficient and even heating. Complementing the burners is a 36” charbroiler, available on the left or right side, with removable cast iron grates for easy cleaning and versatility in grilling applications.
The unit also includes two convection ovens (Model A) in the base, each rated at 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails to accommodate various baking needs. A 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation powers the convection system. An on/off switch allows the oven to function as a standard oven when desired.
Completing the unit is a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Option C), offering additional storage space with optional no-charge doors that open from the center for added convenience and accessibility.
