The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium commercial gas range built for heavy-duty kitchen use, measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both durability and a professional look. For added safety and control, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, and comes with a factory-installed regulator to maintain consistent gas flow. The range operates with a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases for easy startup.
This unit includes four 33,000 BTU NAT non-clog burners (Burner Option 1), each a patented, one-piece, cast iron burner designed to remain clog-free for life. Complementing the burners is a 36” wide griddle top, available on either the left or right side. The 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate features raised sides and is offered in either manual or thermostatically controlled configurations to suit a range of cooking needs.
Underneath, the range houses two convection ovens (Model A), each rated at 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens offer a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and have porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails. A 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with overload protection, permanently lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation ensures efficient and consistent baking performance. An on/off switch allows the convection oven to operate as a standard oven when needed.
To round out the design, the unit includes a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Option C), with optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing added storage and utility in the kitchen.
