The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, it features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides for a sleek, professional look and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures quick safety control of the entire unit, while a factory-installed regulator maintains consistent gas pressure. The unit is equipped with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, offering convenience and reliability.
This configuration includes two 33,000 BTU NAT patented, one-piece, cast iron burners (Burner Option 1), which are engineered to be lifetime clog-free for maximum performance and minimal maintenance. Complementing the burners is a 48” wide griddle top, which can be mounted on the left or right side. The griddle features a 1” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides and is available with either manual or thermostatic controls, providing flexibility for various cooking needs.
Beneath the cooking surface, the range includes two convection ovens (Model A), each delivering 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens operate within a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and have a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Each oven includes three racks and five-position side rails for versatile baking options. The ovens are powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, which is energy-efficient and features permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows for operation as a standard oven when needed.
Completing the unit is a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Option C), which includes optional no-charge center-opening doors, providing convenient storage and accessibility.
