The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range, measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for durability and a sleek, professional finish. For added convenience and safety, the unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a factory-installed regulator to maintain proper gas pressure. It also includes a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
The cooktop includes four 33,000 BTU NAT patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners (Burner Option 1). It also features a 5-burner configuration (Burner Option 6) that combines two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33,000 BTU star burners in the front, offering a balance of powerful heat and precision control for a variety of cooking needs.
Beneath the cooktop, the unit houses two convection ovens (Model A). Each oven operates at 32,000 BTU NAT and includes a standing pilot with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens have a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails for versatile baking and roasting. Each oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch is provided to allow the convection oven base to function as a standard oven when needed.
The range is completed with a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Option C), featuring optional no-charge doors that open from the center, adding storage and convenience beneath the cooking surface.
