The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range, measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top. Built for durability and efficiency, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for a sleek, easy-to-clean exterior. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides convenient safety control, while a factory-installed regulator ensures reliable gas pressure regulation. The range includes a standing pilot for open-top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This model is outfitted with ten patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTU of natural gas heat, making it ideal for high-demand cooking environments. The burner design is engineered to prevent clogs and ensure consistent performance over the life of the unit.
For oven capabilities, users can choose between two base configurations. The convection oven base (Model A) operates at 32,000 BTU NAT and includes a thermostat with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails. It is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC motor featuring permanent split-phase technology, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when desired.
Alternatively, the standard oven base (Model D) offers 45,000 BTU NAT, with the same thermostat range and a larger interior cavity measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. It fits full-size pans in both orientations and includes one rack with two-position side rails, providing flexible cooking options for various kitchen needs.
