The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and durable commercial gas range designed for professional kitchens. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers an expansive work area, perfect for high-volume cooking and preparing a wide variety of dishes. Constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, and a 4-inch front rail, it ensures both durability and ease of cleaning, making it ideal for the fast-paced kitchen environment.
This model features four patented, one-piece cast iron burners, each delivering a robust 33,000 BTUs. These non-clog burners are built for lifetime reliability, offering consistent heat and performance with minimal maintenance. The range also includes a standing pilot system for the open top burners and comes with a factory-installed gas regulator to maintain smooth and efficient gas flow. For added safety and convenience, the manual gas shut-off valve is located at the front of the unit for quick access.
Adding versatility to the cooking surface, the Ultimate 60” Series includes a 36” wide griddle top, available on either the left or right side of the range. The griddle features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides, perfect for cooking everything from breakfast items to burgers and sandwiches. The griddle is available in both manual and thermostatic control options, providing flexibility to manage cooking temperatures precisely.
Beneath the cooking surface, the range features two stainless steel cabinet bases, offering ample storage space for kitchen tools and supplies. Optional no-charge center-opening doors are available, providing easy access to your equipment and utensils.
