The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and versatile commercial gas range, engineered to meet the demands of high-volume professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this unit offers ample space for simultaneous cooking tasks, helping streamline operations in any busy restaurant. With a stainless steel front, sides, and a 4-inch front rail, it combines durability with a clean, professional appearance that's easy to maintain.
This model features a hybrid burner configuration designed for maximum flexibility. It includes four patented, 33,000 BTU cast iron burners, known for their one-piece, lifetime non-clog construction—ideal for everyday cooking. Additionally, it offers a specialized 5-burner setup, which combines three standard 33,000 BTU burners in the front with two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear. This setup delivers exceptional heat intensity, making it perfect for rapid boiling, wok cooking, or handling large-volume stockpots, while still supporting standard prep tasks at the front.
A standing pilot system ensures quick ignition for the open burners, and a factory-installed gas regulator maintains consistent performance across all burners. For added safety and convenience, the manual gas shut-off valve is located at the front of the unit for easy access during operation.
Below the cooking surface, the range is equipped with two stainless steel cabinet bases, offering convenient storage for kitchen essentials. Optional center-opening doors are available at no extra cost, allowing for quick and organized access to cookware and supplies.
