The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a versatile, high-performance commercial gas range engineered for demanding kitchen environments. With a generous 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this unit provides ample cooking space and robust functionality, making it an ideal solution for busy restaurants and professional chefs. Built with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and a 4-inch front rail, it offers both strength and a sleek, modern appearance that’s easy to maintain.
This configuration features six patented, one-piece cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTUs of consistent heat. These lifetime clog-free burners are designed to handle high-volume cooking with ease, from sautéing to boiling. A 24-inch charbroiler is included on the left or right side of the range, complete with removable cast iron grates, ideal for grilling meats, vegetables, and other menu favorites with that signature flame-cooked flavor.
The range is also equipped with a standard 45,000 BTU oven, featuring a thermostat-controlled temperature range from 175°F to 550°F. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, fitting full-size pans both lengthwise and widthwise. One oven rack is included, along with two-position side rails to adjust for different cooking needs. Battery spark ignition ensures reliable startup for the oven base, while standing pilots ignite the open burners.
For added safety and control, a manual gas shut-off valve is located on the front of the unit, and a factory-installed gas regulator ensures smooth, efficient operation. The range also includes a stainless steel cabinet base for added storage, with optional center-opening doors available at no additional charge for quick access to cooking tools and supplies.
