The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the diverse needs of professional kitchens. With an expansive 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking surface, this unit provides ample space for multitasking and high-volume food preparation. The range is built with durability in mind, featuring a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting performance and a clean, modern appearance.
This model comes equipped with six patented, one-piece cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTUs of reliable heat. These lifetime non-clog burners are ideal for everyday high-output cooking, ensuring consistent flame and minimal maintenance. Complementing the burners is a 24-inch griddle top, positioned on either the left or right side of the range. The 1/2” thick, smooth polished steel griddle plate features raised sides for added safety and is available in either manual or thermostatically controlled options, making it ideal for preparing everything from breakfast foods to sandwiches and proteins.
The range also features a 45,000 BTU standard oven, complete with a standing pilot and thermostat-controlled temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans both lengthwise and widthwise. One oven rack and two-position side rails are included for flexible baking and roasting options. A battery spark ignition system ensures dependable, easy startup for the oven base.
Additional features include a factory-installed gas regulator for consistent gas flow and a front-mounted manual gas shut-off valve for added safety and control. For convenient storage, the unit includes a stainless steel cabinet base, with optional no-charge center-opening doors to keep kitchen tools and cookware organized and accessible.
