The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-capacity, all-in-one commercial gas range designed to deliver top-tier performance in professional kitchens. With a wide 60-3/4” frame and a 37” high cooking surface, this range provides ample space for multi-task cooking, making it an excellent choice for restaurants, diners, and high-volume foodservice operations. Its rugged construction features a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides, ensuring lasting durability and a clean, modern appearance.
This configuration includes four patented, one-piece cast iron burners, each delivering a powerful 33,000 BTUs. Built to be lifetime clog-free, these burners are engineered for reliable, consistent heat across various cooking tasks. The unit also features a 36-inch charbroiler, which can be placed on the left or right side of the range. Its removable cast iron grates are ideal for grilling everything from steaks to vegetables, giving dishes that signature char-grilled flavor.
The range is equipped with a powerful 45,000 BTU standard oven, featuring a standing pilot and thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel oven interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, fitting full-size pans both front-to-back and side-to-side. The oven includes one rack with adjustable two-position side rails, offering flexibility for various baking and roasting needs. A battery spark ignition system ensures dependable startup every time.
Additional features include a factory-installed gas regulator for consistent gas flow and a front-located manual gas shut-off valve, providing safety and ease of access during operation. Beneath the cooking surface, the unit offers a stainless steel cabinet base for added storage. Optional no-charge center-opening doors are available to improve accessibility and organization in fast-paced kitchens.
