The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and reliable commercial gas range designed for high-volume kitchens seeking flexibility, efficiency, and long-term durability. With a spacious 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking surface, this model is ideal for professional chefs who need multiple cooking functions in a single unit. Constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides, the range is built to withstand the demands of busy commercial environments while maintaining a sleek, professional appearance.
This configuration features four patented, one-piece cast iron burners, each providing 33,000 BTUs of consistent, high-output heat. These lifetime clog-free burners are perfect for sautéing, boiling, and simmering with precision and reliability. Complementing the open burners is a 36-inch griddle top, located on either the left or right side of the range. The 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides ensures even heat distribution and is available in manual or thermostatic control options, making it ideal for breakfast items, sandwiches, proteins, and more.
The range also includes a powerful 45,000 BTU standard oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, offering enough space to fit full-size pans in either orientation. It includes one oven rack and two-position side rails, giving chefs flexibility when roasting or baking. The oven also features battery spark ignition for fast, reliable startup.
For safety and control, the unit is equipped with a manual front gas shut-off and a factory-installed gas regulator, ensuring steady and secure operation. Beneath the cooktop, a stainless steel cabinet base offers convenient storage, with optional no-charge center-opening doors available for easy access to cookware and supplies.
