The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust and versatile commercial gas range, thoughtfully designed for high-output professional kitchens. With a 60-3/4” width and 37” high cooking surface, this unit offers a spacious and ergonomic workspace for multitasking and high-volume cooking. Built with a 4” stainless steel front rail and durable stainless steel front and sides, it offers a clean, modern appearance and the strength to stand up to daily use in demanding foodservice environments.
This model features a specialized 5-burner configuration (Burner Option 6) that combines two high-powered Pyromax burners in the rear with three Star 33K burners in the front. The front burners are patented, one-piece cast iron units that are clog-free for life, each delivering 33,000 BTUs for consistent, reliable cooking performance. The rear Pyromax burners provide intense heat output, ideal for stockpots, woks, or other heavy-duty applications, giving chefs the versatility to manage a wide range of cooking tasks with precision and power.
Equipped with a 45,000 BTU standard oven, this range supports a wide variety of baking and roasting needs. The oven features a standing pilot and a thermostatic temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing it to accommodate full-size pans both lengthwise and widthwise. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible operation. A battery spark ignition system ensures quick, dependable startup.
For added safety and efficiency, the unit features a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed gas regulator to maintain consistent gas flow and pressure. A built-in stainless steel cabinet base provides extra storage below the cooking surface, with optional no-charge center-opening doors available for quick and easy access to kitchen essentials.
