The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is built for high-performance cooking in fast-paced commercial kitchens. With a 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking surface, this gas range provides ample space and efficiency for professional chefs. Its rugged construction features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and side panels, offering lasting durability and a clean, modern appearance.
This model comes equipped with (10) 33,000 BTU open burners, delivering powerful and consistent heat for high-volume cooking. Each burner is patented, one-piece, and cast iron, designed to be clog-free for life, ensuring easy maintenance and optimal performance day after day. These burners are ideal for boiling, sautéing, simmering, and more—perfect for restaurants that need reliable output across multiple cooking zones.
For baking and roasting needs, the unit includes a dependable 45,000 BTU standard oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, fitting full-size pans both lengthwise and sideways. It comes standard with one oven rack and two-position side rails, providing flexibility for various cooking tasks. A battery spark ignition system ensures quick, easy ignition for the oven base.
Key safety and performance features include a front-located manual gas shut-off for full-range control and a factory-installed gas regulator to maintain consistent gas flow. Beneath the cooking surface, a stainless steel cabinet base offers built-in storage space, with optional center-opening doors available at no extra cost, making it easy to store pots, pans, and supplies.
