The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and versatile commercial gas range designed for high-performance kitchens. With a durable 60-3/4” wide frame and a 37” high cooking surface, this heavy-duty range is built to handle the demands of busy restaurant environments. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail, it offers both durability and a professional look. For safety and convenience, the range features a front-mounted manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed gas regulator. Ignition is easy and reliable, thanks to a standing pilot system for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

This model comes equipped with six patented, one-piece cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTUs of cooking power. These burners are designed to be lifetime clog-free, offering consistent heat output and easy maintenance. A 24” cast iron charbroiler—positioned on either the left or right side—provides additional cooking flexibility with removable grates ideal for grilling meats and vegetables.

The range also includes two full-size standard ovens, each producing 45,000 BTUs and offering a thermostat-controlled temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide and 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans in both directions. Each oven includes one rack with two position side rails for customizable baking or roasting setups.
