The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a top-tier commercial gas range built for performance, reliability, and flexibility in high-demand kitchen environments. With a robust 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking surface, this range offers ample space for multitasking and high-volume cooking. Its stainless steel front, sides, and 4” front rail not only provide durability but also deliver a sleek, professional appearance. For added safety and convenience, the unit includes a front-mounted manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed gas regulator to ensure consistent gas pressure. The open top burners feature a reliable standing pilot ignition, while the oven bases operate with a battery spark ignition system for efficient start-up.
This model is equipped with four patented, one-piece cast iron burners that are engineered to remain clog-free for life, each producing a powerful 33,000 BTUs of heat. Alongside the burners is a 36” cast iron charbroiler—positionable on either the left or right side—featuring removable grates that are perfect for grilling a variety of proteins and vegetables.
The unit includes two standard oven bases, each delivering 45,000 BTUs of consistent, even heat. The ovens feature a thermostat-controlled temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), making them ideal for baking, roasting, and finishing. With porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high by 26” wide and 26.5” deep, the ovens are designed to accommodate full-size pans in both directions. Each oven comes with one rack and two position side rails to customize your cooking setup.
