The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range designed for demanding kitchens that need high-capacity cooking with reliable performance. With an overall width of 60-3/4” and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides an expansive work area ideal for large-scale food preparation. Built with durability in mind, the range features stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail for added strength and a sleek, professional look. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve allows for quick control of the entire unit, and a factory-installed regulator ensures stable gas pressure. The range features standing pilot ignition for open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, combining safety with ease of use.
This model includes two patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTUs for high-efficiency, consistent heat. The burners are paired with a 48” wide griddle top, available on either the left or right side, providing a large, smooth cooking surface ideal for preparing pancakes, burgers, eggs, sandwiches, and more. The 1” thick polished steel griddle plate is built for even heat distribution and long-term durability, with raised sides to help contain grease and food during cooking.
Completing the range are two standard full-size ovens, each offering 45,000 BTUs of powerful, even heat output. With a thermostat-controlled temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), these ovens are ideal for everything from baking to roasting. The porcelain enamel interiors measure 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, allowing for full-size pans to fit in either direction. Each oven includes one rack and two-position side rails for added versatility.
