The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range engineered for demanding professional kitchens. With a generous 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking surface, this range provides ample space for multitasking and high-volume cooking. Its durable stainless steel front, sides, and 4” front rail offer rugged strength and a sleek, professional appearance. A front-mounted manual gas shut-off provides convenient safety control, while the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent and safe gas pressure. The open top burners feature a reliable standing pilot ignition, and the ovens are equipped with battery spark ignition for dependable operation.
This model is configured with a powerful and flexible 5-burner layout, combining three star-pattern 33,000 BTU burners in the front with two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear. The front burners are patented, one-piece cast iron units that are clog-free for life, delivering consistent heat and easy maintenance. The rear Pyromax burners are designed for high-heat cooking tasks like wok stir-frying, boiling, and searing—making this configuration ideal for kitchens that need both finesse and firepower in one station.
Complementing the cooktop are two full-size standard ovens, each delivering 45,000 BTUs and offering a thermostat-controlled temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, allowing full-size pans to fit both lengthwise and widthwise. Each oven includes one rack and two-position side rails for flexible baking and roasting setups.
