The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial-grade gas range designed to deliver maximum cooking power and versatility in high-demand kitchens. With an overall width of 60-3/4” and a 37” high cooking top, this heavy-duty range offers a spacious and efficient cooking platform. Its stainless steel front, sides, and 4” front rail provide exceptional durability and a sleek, professional appearance. For added safety and convenience, it features a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed gas pressure regulator. The range includes a standing pilot ignition system for open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring quick and reliable operation.
This model combines two powerful burner types for maximum versatility. It includes four patented, one-piece, 33,000 BTU cast iron burners, designed to be lifetime clog-free for consistent performance and easy maintenance. Additionally, it features a group of four Pyromax burners, each delivering a high-output 40,000 BTUs. These patented, three-piece burners are built for easy cleaning and feature a non-clog design, along with a built-in port protection drip ring—making them ideal for high-heat applications such as wok cooking, rapid boiling, and searing.
Completing the range are two full-size standard ovens, each producing 45,000 BTUs for even, reliable heating. With a thermostat-controlled temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), these ovens are built to handle everything from baking to roasting. Inside, each oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, with enough room to fit full-size pans in both orientations. Each oven includes one rack and two-position side rails for customizable cooking setups.
