The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a top-of-the-line commercial gas range that delivers powerful cooking performance for demanding kitchen environments. With a generous 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample workspace for efficient cooking. The stainless steel front, sides, and 4” stainless steel front rail provide durability and a clean, modern look, while the front-located manual gas shut-off ensures safety and quick access. A factory-installed regulator guarantees consistent gas pressure, while the range features standing pilot ignition for the open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring reliability at all times.
This model is equipped with six non-clog burners featuring wavy grates, offering a cast bowl design for enhanced heat efficiency and full use of the entire cooking surface. The grates are designed to maximize cooking potential and allow for easy cleaning, while the burners themselves provide 27,000 BTUs of consistent heat. A 24” charbroiler is available on either the left or right side, equipped with removable, cast iron grates, perfect for grilling and searing meats, vegetables, and other dishes to perfection.
For versatile cooking, the range features two convection ovens with a 32,000 BTU NAT output each. These ovens include a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), making them ideal for baking, roasting, and even slow-cooking. The porcelain enamel interiors of the convection ovens measure 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space to accommodate full-size pans. Each oven comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking setups. Additionally, each convection oven is powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor with overload protection and permanent lubricated ball bearings, ensuring reliable, long-term performance.
