The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium commercial gas range designed for high-performance cooking in busy kitchens. With a 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample workspace for chefs to prepare multiple dishes simultaneously. Its durable stainless steel front, sides, and 4” front rail ensure long-lasting use and a sleek, modern look. Featuring a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator, this unit is both safe and reliable. The open top burners utilize standing pilot ignition, while the oven bases are equipped with battery spark ignition for efficient operation.
This model includes four non-clog burners equipped with wavy grates. The unique cast bowl design improves heat efficiency and allows for full use of the entire cooking surface, perfect for high-volume cooking. The burners are designed with 27,000 BTUs of power for consistent and even heat. The range also features a 36” charbroiler with removable, cast iron grates, ideal for grilling, searing, and charring meats and vegetables.
For baking, roasting, and high-heat cooking, this range comes with two convection ovens, each powered by a 32,000 BTU NAT output. These ovens feature a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), providing versatile cooking options for various kitchen needs. The porcelain enamel interior of each convection oven measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, offering enough space to accommodate full-size pans. Each oven is equipped with three racks and five-position side rails, allowing for multiple cooking configurations. The convection ovens are powered by a 1/2 hp, high-efficiency motor with overload protection, ensuring reliable operation and energy efficiency.
