The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a top-tier choice for commercial kitchens, engineered for high-volume cooking. With a 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this gas range features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel construction for both strength and easy maintenance. The front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator offer enhanced safety and operational convenience. With standing pilot lights for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, reliability is built into every detail.
The range comes with four non-clog burners, each providing 27,000 BTUs. The innovative wavy grates feature a cast bowl design that enhances cooking efficiency and allows the entire range top to be utilized. These wavy grates, which are available exclusively with 27K BTU non-clog burners, ensure consistent heat distribution and are designed to last.
A 5-burner configuration enhances the range's versatility by combining two Pyromax burners in the rear with three standard 33K BTU burners in the front, giving you a wide range of cooking options, from high-heat searing to more moderate cooking temperatures.
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series also features two convection ovens, each delivering 32,000 BTUs NAT. These ovens offer a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), and their porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans. The convection ovens come with three racks, each with five-position side rails, for flexible cooking. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings, these high-efficiency ovens are built to perform. Overload protection and Class "B" insulation ensure longevity and safety, while the on/off switch allows the convection base to function as a standard oven, adding versatility to your kitchen setup.
