The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premier choice for commercial kitchens, delivering performance, reliability, and versatility. With a 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this gas range is designed for maximum cooking efficiency and durability. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel construction on the front and sides, providing a sleek, professional look and easy maintenance. The front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator enhance both safety and convenience. Additionally, standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure reliable operation.
Equipped with four non-clog burners, each providing 27,000 BTUs, this range incorporates wavy grates with a cast bowl design that maximizes cooking efficiency and fully utilizes the entire range top. These wavy grates are available exclusively with 27K BTU non-clog burners, ensuring even heat distribution for optimal cooking results.
The 5-burner configuration takes versatility to the next level. It combines two Pyromax burners at the rear with three 33K BTU star burners at the front, offering a variety of heat levels for different cooking techniques, from high-temperature searing to moderate simmering.
This range also includes two convection ovens, each providing 32,000 BTUs NAT for consistent, even cooking. The ovens feature a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, allowing for easy cleaning and ample space for full-sized pans. The three racks come with five-position side rails for flexible cooking options. The high-efficiency motor, operating at 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, and 115V AC, ensures consistent performance. The convection ovens are also equipped with overload protection and Class "B" insulation to ensure safety and longevity. An on/off switch lets you operate the convection base as a standard oven, adding to the unit's versatility.
