The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60β Series is engineered to elevate the cooking performance in high-demand commercial kitchens. Built with a 60-3/4β wide cooking surface and a 37β high cooking top, this professional gas range offers the perfect combination of durability, functionality, and convenience. Its stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4β stainless steel front rail, give it a sleek, easy-to-clean appearance. For added safety, the manual gas shut-off is conveniently located at the front, and it comes with a factory-installed regulator for seamless operation.
This range is equipped with advanced Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) that feature a cast bowl design for improved heat efficiency and full use of the entire range top. These wavy grates are paired with 27K BTU non-clog burners, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
The Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7) provide exceptional output with 40,000 BTU NAT power. These patented, high-output burners feature a three-piece, easy-clean design with built-in port protection and a drip ring to minimize mess. These burners offer unmatched performance for heavy-duty cooking applications, and the range comes with a group of 4 burners for maximum versatility.
For baking and roasting, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 60β Series is equipped with two convection ovens, each offering 32,000 BTU NAT of cooking power. These ovens feature a thermostat range of 175Β°F to 550Β°F (79Β°C to 288Β°C) and a porcelain enamel interior that measures 14β high x 26β wide x 24β deep, offering ample space for full-sized pans. Three racks with five-position side rails provide flexibility, while the high-efficiency motor (1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC) ensures smooth, consistent operation. The ovens are equipped with overload protection, permanent lubricated ball bearings, and Class βBβ insulation for long-lasting durability.
