The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is built for professional kitchens that demand versatility, durability, and high-performance cooking. With a spacious 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this heavy-duty commercial gas range is designed to handle the demands of busy foodservice operations. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, offering durability and easy cleaning. For added safety and convenience, a manual gas shut-off is located at the front of the unit, along with a factory-installed regulator to ensure proper gas flow.
This model includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), featuring a cast bowl design that boosts cooking efficiency and allows full use of the entire range top. The unit comes equipped with six 27K BTU non-clog burners, ensuring consistent heat output and easy cleaning for long-lasting performance.
A 24” charbroiler (available on the left or right side) features removable cast iron grates, ideal for grilling meats, vegetables, and other menu items with perfect sear marks and flavor.
For baking and roasting, the range includes a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, complete with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, fitting full-size pans with ease. It includes three racks with five-position side rails and a 1/2 hp high-efficiency motor (1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC) featuring overload protection, permanently lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation. The on/off switch also allows the convection oven to be used as a standard oven when needed.
This model is finished with a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Model C), offering additional storage space for kitchen tools, pans, or ingredients. Optional no-charge doors that open from the center are available to suit your kitchen workflow.
