The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a versatile and durable commercial gas range built for high-performance cooking environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this model is designed with both function and style in mind, featuring a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for a sleek, professional finish. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed gas regulator provide added safety and operational control.
This configuration includes six 27,000 BTU non-clog burners equipped with Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2). The cast bowl design enhances burner efficiency and allows full use of the range top, making it easier to manage multiple pots and pans simultaneously. These specialized grates are designed for longevity and superior heat distribution.
Adding to the range’s flexibility is a 24” wide griddle top, available on either the left or right side. The 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate features raised sides to help contain grease and food while cooking. It is available with manual or thermostatic controls, offering precise heat management for everything from pancakes to grilled sandwiches.
Below the cooktop, this unit is equipped with two high-performance convection ovens (Model A). Each oven operates at 32,000 BTU NAT and features a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel oven interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating full-size pans with ease. Each oven includes three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking arrangements. A 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor powers each oven with high-efficiency performance, featuring permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when desired.
Completing the unit is a stainless steel cabinet base (Model C) for additional storage. Optional center-opening doors are available at no extra cost, providing convenient access to stored items and enhancing overall workflow.
