The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium-grade commercial gas range designed for professional kitchens that demand durability, versatility, and consistent performance. This unit features a 60-3/4” wide frame with a 37” high cooking surface, and is finished with a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for a sleek, professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator provide added convenience and safety during operation.
This model is equipped with Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), designed for better efficiency and full utilization of the cooktop. It includes six 27,000 BTU non-clog burners, each built with a cast bowl design to deliver consistent heat and maximize cooking space across the surface. These grates are ideal for a variety of pots, pans, and cooking techniques.
On the right side of the range, a 24” raised griddle offers additional versatility. This griddle comes with manual controls and features an under-broiler, making it perfect for toasting, finishing, or adding that final caramelized touch to dishes.
The base of the unit houses a powerful 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, delivering even, efficient cooking with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s interior is porcelain enameled and measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, accommodating full-sized pans with ease. It comes equipped with three racks and five-position side rails to support high-volume use. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor (1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC), this oven features permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows it to be used as a standard oven when needed.
To maximize functionality and organization, the unit includes a stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), offering extra storage below the cooking surface. Optional center-opening doors are available at no additional cost, enhancing access and convenience in busy kitchen environments.
