The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is expertly engineered for commercial kitchens that require power, precision, and flexibility in one high-performance unit. This 60-3/4” wide commercial gas range features a 37” high cooking top, a 4” stainless steel front rail, and a sleek stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting durability and easy maintenance. The front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed gas regulator add extra safety and convenience.
Equipped with Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), this model includes four 27K BTU non-clog burners designed with a unique cast bowl design that enhances cooking efficiency and allows full use of the entire range top. These grates are ideal for chefs who need versatile burner performance and consistent heat distribution.
On the left or right side of the range, a 36” charbroiler offers removable cast iron grates, perfect for achieving authentic grill marks and bold flavor on meats, vegetables, and more.
For baking, roasting, and finishing dishes, the unit includes a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven. The oven features a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating full-size pans with ease. It comes standard with three racks, five-position side rails, and a 1/2 hp, high-efficiency motor (1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC) featuring permanently lubricated ball bearings, Class “B” insulation, and overload protection. The built-in on/off switch also allows the oven to be used in standard mode when needed.
Beneath the cooktop, this model includes a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Model C), providing convenient storage for kitchen tools, pans, or supplies. Optional no-charge doors that open from the center are available to suit your kitchen setup.
