The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium commercial gas range designed to meet the needs of high-volume kitchens. It features a 60-3/4” width with a 37” high cooking top and includes a durable 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides. The unit is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure. The open top burners have a standing pilot, and the oven bases are equipped with battery spark ignition for reliable performance.
The range offers four 27K BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2), which feature a cast bowl design that maximizes efficiency by allowing the full use of the range top. A 36” Charbroiler (available on either the left or right side) with removable, cast iron grates is also included, providing versatile grilling options.
For baking and roasting, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series includes a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven (Model A) with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven has a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, along with three racks and five-position side rails for versatile cooking. It also comes with a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor running at 1710 rpm, 60 cycles, 115V AC, and features permanent lubricated ball bearings and overload protection. An on/off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven.
Additionally, the Standard Oven Model D offers 45,000 BTU NAT with a standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with space to accommodate full-sized pans both ways. It includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible baking.
