The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. With a width of 60-3/4” and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample cooking space and durability. The 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, provides a sleek and sturdy exterior. For safety and convenience, the range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off, while the factory-installed regulator ensures stable gas pressure. The standing pilot for the open top burners, coupled with battery spark ignition for the oven bases, offers a reliable start-up for your cooking tasks.
The Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) feature a cast bowl design that enhances efficiency, allowing for the full use of the entire range top. The unit is equipped with four 27K BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates, providing smooth and consistent heat distribution for effective cooking. For added versatility, the griddle top is available on the left or right side with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate that includes raised sides. Available in 36” width, the griddle is offered in either manual or thermostatic control to suit various cooking styles.
The range includes the 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven (Model A), which features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior of the oven measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking. The oven is powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor, running at 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC, with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. The oven also includes an on/off switch, allowing it to operate as a standard oven.
Additionally, the Standard Oven Model D offers a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, which features a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans that fit both ways. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, making it perfect for a variety of cooking needs.
