The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range designed for high-volume kitchens, offering a 60-3/4” wide footprint and a 37” high cooking surface. It features a durable stainless steel construction including a 4” front rail, front and side panels, and a conveniently located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. A factory-installed regulator ensures stable gas pressure, while standing pilots support the open top burners and battery spark ignition powers the oven bases.
This unit is equipped with six 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2), featuring a cast bowl design that enhances efficiency and maximizes usable cooking surface. On the right-hand side, a 24” raised griddle offers manual controls and includes an under broiler, ideal for a variety of griddling and broiling applications.
Instead of ovens, this configuration includes two stainless steel cabinet bases (Model C), offering generous storage space beneath the range. These cabinets include optional center-opening doors at no additional charge, providing both practicality and ease of access for busy kitchens.
