The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range built for high-performance kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail and durable stainless steel front and sides. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows for full range control, and the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure. The open top burners operate with a standing pilot, while the oven bases use battery spark ignition for reliable startup.
This configuration includes four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2). The wavy cast bowl design promotes better efficiency and allows full use of the entire cooking surface. Additionally, the range features a 36-inch charbroiler, which can be positioned on either the left or right side. The charbroiler comes with removable cast iron grates, making it ideal for grilling and easy cleaning.
Instead of ovens, this unit includes two stainless steel cabinet bases (Model C), perfect for under-range storage. These bases come with optional no-charge doors that open from the center for easy access and added convenience.
