The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial-grade gas range designed for high-performance kitchens. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top and features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for durability and a sleek professional look. For added safety and convenience, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off that controls the entire range, along with a factory-installed gas regulator for consistent performance. The range operates with a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This unit includes four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2), which feature a cast bowl design to maximize cooking efficiency and ensure full utilization of the cooktop. It also features a 36” wide griddle top, available on the left or right side. The griddle has a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides and is offered with either manual or thermostatic controls, catering to different cooking preferences and needs.
Instead of ovens, this model comes with two stainless steel cabinet bases (Model C), ideal for storage. These cabinets include optional center-opening doors at no additional charge, making this unit both versatile and space-efficient for busy kitchen environments.
