The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful commercial gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments. It measures 60-3/4” wide and features a 37” high cooking top, with a 4” stainless steel front rail and durable stainless steel front and sides. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows for quick and safe control of the entire range, while a factory-installed regulator ensures reliable gas pressure. The unit operates with a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This model includes two 27,000 BTU non-clog burners equipped with wavy grates (Burner Option 2), featuring a cast bowl design that enhances efficiency and enables full use of the cooking surface. In addition, it comes with a 48” wide griddle top, available on either the left or right side. The griddle features a 1” thick, smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides, ideal for heavy-duty grilling and consistent heat retention.
Instead of ovens, this configuration includes two stainless steel cabinet bases (Model C), perfect for additional kitchen storage. These bases also offer optional center-opening doors at no extra charge, making this unit a versatile and practical choice for high-volume operations that prioritize both performance and convenience.
