The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful, professional-grade gas range built for busy commercial kitchens. With an overall width of 60-3/4” and a 37” high cooking top, it’s designed for heavy-duty performance. The unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, offering both durability and a clean, modern aesthetic. For added safety and convenience, the range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off, a factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
The cooking surface comes equipped with (6) 27K BTU non-clog burners with wavy cast bowl grates (Burner Option 2), providing enhanced efficiency and full utilization of the range top. A 24” wide griddle top, available on either the left or right side, features a 1/2” thick smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides and is available with manual or thermostatic controls for precise temperature regulation.
This model includes the Standard Oven (D), which delivers 45,000 BTUs (NAT) and has a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior is lined with porcelain enamel, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and fits full-sized pans in either orientation. One oven rack with two-position side rails allows flexibility for various baking and roasting needs.
Completing the setup, the range features a Stainless Steel Cabinet Base (C), providing enclosed storage space beneath the cooking surface. The cabinet base includes optional doors that open from the center at no extra charge, offering both practicality and ease of access.
