The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is engineered for high-performance, commercial cooking, featuring a 60-3/4” wide gas range with a 37” high cooking surface. Built with durability in mind, the range boasts a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring resilience and a sleek, professional look. Convenient operation is made possible with a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator to maintain consistent gas flow. Standing pilots for open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases further streamline functionality.
This model includes (4) 27K BTU non-clog burners outfitted with wavy cast bowl grates (Burner Option 2), designed to improve efficiency and provide full access to the cooking surface. A 36” charbroiler, available on either the left or right, comes equipped with removable cast iron grates, perfect for delivering authentic grilled flavor and optimal sear on proteins and vegetables.
Baking and roasting needs are handled by the Standard Oven (D), a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans placed both front-to-back and side-to-side. It includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible cooking setups.
Completing the unit is a Stainless Steel Cabinet Base (C), providing two storage compartments for added kitchen efficiency. The cabinet features optional no-charge center-opening doors, enhancing accessibility while maintaining a cohesive, modern appearance.
