The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is engineered for professional kitchens, offering durability, performance, and flexibility. The commercial gas range measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, ensuring ample space for cooking. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a front-located manual gas shut-off, ensuring safety and robust construction. The unit is equipped with a factory-installed regulator for optimal gas control, standing pilots for the open top burners, and battery spark ignition for reliable oven startup.
The cooking surface includes (10) 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2), which provide improved efficiency and allow for full use of the range top. The cast bowl design further enhances heat distribution, making it ideal for busy kitchens that require high performance.
For baking and roasting, the Standard Oven Model (D) is equipped with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven that offers a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven features a porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with the capacity to fit full-sized pans both ways. The oven also includes one rack with two-position side rails, offering flexible cooking options.
The range is supported by a Stainless Steel Cabinet Base (C), which provides storage and stability. Additionally, optional no-charge doors that open from the center are available for easy access to the storage area.
