The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed to meet the demands of professional kitchens, combining reliability and high performance. This commercial gas range is 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, providing a large and sturdy cooking area. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail and is constructed with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. The unit also includes a front-located manual gas shut-off, offering an extra layer of safety, and a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas control. The standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure easy and reliable ignition.
The cooking surface includes (6) 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2), designed with a cast bowl to improve heat efficiency and allow for full use of the entire range top. This design offers better heat distribution, which is ideal for fast-paced kitchens.
For grilling, the range features a 24” Charbroiler (available on either the left or right side) with removable cast iron grates, offering versatility and easy cleaning.
The Standard Oven Model (D) is equipped with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven that has a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven includes a porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, which fits full-sized pans both ways. It comes with one rack with two-position side rails for flexible baking and roasting. The unit features two standard ovens for added capacity, allowing you to handle larger cooking volumes.
