The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial-grade gas range engineered for durability and high performance in demanding kitchen settings. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, and features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting use and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off controls the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator ensures proper gas flow. For dependable operation, it includes a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
The range top is equipped with (6) 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2). These cast bowl burners enhance energy efficiency and allow for maximum utilization of the cooking surface. On the right side of the cooktop, a 24” raised griddle is included, featuring manual control and an under broiler, making it ideal for a variety of cooking techniques.
This unit includes two Standard Oven Models (D). Each oven delivers 45,000 BTU NAT with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a standing pilot for consistent performance. The porcelain enamel interiors measure 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, designed to accommodate full-size pans in both orientations. Each oven comes with one rack and two-position side rails, offering flexible cooking capacity for roasting, baking, or broiling.
