The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range that measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides. The unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off to control the entire range and comes with a factory-installed regulator. A standing pilot is included for the open top burners, and the oven bases are equipped with battery spark ignition for added convenience.
The range is equipped with (10) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. The port arrangement of these burners is specifically designed to allow for even distribution of the flame, ensuring an efficient and effective cooking process.
This model also features a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails. The convection oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven.
The unit is supported by a stainless steel cabinet base. Additionally, optional no-charge doors are available, which open from the center for increased accessibility.
