The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range that measures 60-3/4” wide and features a 37” high cooking top. Designed with durability and performance in mind, it comes equipped with a 4” stainless steel front rail, and stainless steel front and sides. For safety and ease of use, the unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, along with a factory-installed regulator. It operates with a standing pilot for the open top burners and features battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This model is configured with six 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, offering high performance and consistent heat. The port arrangement ensures even distribution of flame, ideal for sautéing and multitasking across burners. A 24” charbroiler with removable cast iron grates is also included and can be positioned on either the left or right side, providing additional versatility for grilling.
The unit includes a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep and features three racks with five-position side rails. It is powered by a 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm motor with high efficiency and permanent split phase design. The motor includes permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch enables the convection base to function as a standard oven when desired.
In addition to the convection oven, this range includes a 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven with a standing pilot and the same thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 26.5” deep, accommodating full-sized pans placed either direction. It includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible cooking needs.
