The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range, measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top. It is constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel on the front and sides, ensuring durability and a clean professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve controls the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator is included. The open top burners use a standing pilot, while the oven bases feature battery spark ignition for reliable performance.
This configuration includes six 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. These burners are engineered for even flame distribution, thanks to their specific port arrangement, delivering consistent and powerful heat across the cooking surface. Accompanying the burners is a 24” wide griddle top, made from 1/2” smooth, polished steel with raised sides. The griddle can be controlled manually or with a thermostat, depending on the selected configuration, making it suitable for a wide range of cooking tasks.
The range also includes a convection oven rated at 32,000 BTU NAT, with a standing pilot and a thermostat that ranges from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Inside, the porcelain enamel cavity measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible cooking arrangements. The oven is powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm motor that uses a permanent split phase system. It features permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. The oven also has an On/Off switch to allow it to function as a standard oven if needed.
In addition, the range includes a standard oven with a 45,000 BTU NAT output. It also operates within a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s interior is finished in porcelain enamel and measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 26.5” deep. It accommodates full-size pans placed in either orientation and includes one rack with two-position side rails.
