The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range built for high-demand kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, the unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and side panels for a sleek, durable finish. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and comes equipped with a factory-installed gas regulator. A standing pilot system supports the open-top burners, while battery spark ignition provides reliable lighting for the oven bases.
This configuration includes four 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. The port design of these burners ensures even flame distribution, ideal for precise and consistent cooking. Additionally, it features a five-burner layout that combines two powerful Pyromax burners at the rear with three standard 33,000 BTU burners at the front. This setup offers flexibility and high output for various cooking styles and volume requirements.
The left-side convection oven delivers 32,000 BTU NAT and is controlled by a standing pilot and thermostat ranging from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails. The convection system is powered by a 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm motor, operating at 115V AC, and features permanent split phase construction with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. The oven also includes an On/Off switch, enabling it to function as a standard oven when needed.
On the right side, a standard oven offers 45,000 BTU NAT performance, also using a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven cavity, finished in porcelain enamel, measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep and accommodates full-size pans both lengthwise and widthwise. It includes one rack with two-position side rails for added versatility.
